Yeah. I misread this part: - Bonus range based on damage done changed from 0%-15% to 0%-10% - Damage range required for bonus changed from 0-1600 to 0-800.
I read it as "bonus range" being the amount of extra crit damage you do, and not the probability that you still get to crit. The BB and the Kritz are still A-#1.
