Vmware's datacenter products are phenominal. I manage a full infrastructure of esx servers, certified vcp, and gosh this stuff saves our rear. Cranking machines out is a breeze with vcenter. When I move to a Chicago datacenter from Dallas I am going esxi for game/web hosting. Can host a crapload of game servers and other stuff then. Great products.
