Extract to /tf/addons not just tf. Basically, the vdf and sop_stb folder
must end up in your addons folder. You will have to restart your server if
you want it to automatically load. You can load it without restarting by
issuing the following console command:
plugin_load ../tf/addons/sop_stb/bin/sop_stb

If you load it from the console command, you will have to change map before
it has any effect.

Do I just extract all the contents of the zip to the /tf/ folder and
changemap so the mod loads?

All 11 of my tf2 servers (rotation, dedicated pl servers and other cp maps)
have not crashed after installing this plugin.

Big thanks for this Tony.
