Such a constructive post. I'm pretty sure Valve is aware of the public's opinion on the new system and insulting them isn't going to help any. If you are experiencing a true bug (not bad luck which you are describing), then feel free to contribute otherwise please keep to the Steam forums as they more fit your needs.
