Are you 100% sure that everybody in those groups are hacking/exploiting? I think that is what Kyle and CC2 are getting at. In any case we shouldn't criticise server operators for the way they ban people. It's their server and they can do what they like with it. I do disagree with blanket-bans however, for the record.
