Look. We understand your frustration; we're frustrated too. In fact, we've been dealing with these issues before a zombie clown scared you into your first pant-load. The suggestions you've been given are the only options we have right now, so it would be nice if you'd be appreciative. We don't work for Valve nor is this list a "hotline" to Alfred's desk. So please carefully re-read the offered solution and give it a try. It works for us.
