It was the best free one I used, and the update is literally download a file, move it to the proper location and rename it, and run the updater every few months.

Nevertheless, serverdoc seems lame to make you update the application so often, even if there isnt an update and even if you donate. Although a control panel that auto updates servers for me would make me put the website issue behind me. Also, I dont mind paying a little but a monthly subscription for a CP is distasteful.
