Alright, now I got that fixed. It turned out it was a SourceMod plugins that 
kicks people if they have over a certain ping. I updated SourceMod and it's 
working fine now. Except my server keeps randomly crashing now. It's 
happened 3 times since 8:30EST this morning. But the error is something 
about a memory bits being misplaced. Which is odd.
