Thanks everyone. For some reason I'm not getting any emails from the

what people have said. This message probably won't thread properly as a
result, sorry. :-)
The plugin modifies the points per minute value by time played, which
smooths things out for idlers and those with corrupt stats. It also uses
points, not kills, so Medics needn't worry. And as I said in the
original post the lifetime Steam stats are used, not any kind of patchy
plugin-led system.
Forced balances occur at round end, and then only if the balance
threshold is exceeded. Otherwise all balancing is done when the
chooses/switches their team. At the moment it sorts everyone at round
end with no regard for keeping people on the same team, which isn't
great and is something I want to improve.
