Something weird was going on a few hours ago, many servers ran without steam
connection and were no longer VAC secured, but it seems to be good now.
Probably related to your problem somehow.

Last night I reinstalled my Os and still getting the issue. I cannot even
connect to the server through nthe same computer. And it doesn't even
show up on my lan list on the other computers hosted on the same network.
But that problem is now I can't even connect to the steam servers.
