Simply running TF2 on steam with these launch options will crash the game as well: +maxplayers 32 -replay +tv_enable 1
In the meantime I'm just running SourceTV without replay. maxplayers 31 + sourcetv & replay leads to raging from the community about uneven teams (15vs16).
