Hello,

You won't really need to set server cvars, the default values are just
fine. For the values that influence Team Fortress 2, just type in
console tf_ and see what you can get.

Sourcemod is a must because you can have admins and enhance the
gameplay with plugins, for example a better map cycle etc.
