Yep, I noticed that after I sent the message.  I was using the old steam
support link from Valve's website.  I guess after Valve shuffled their
servers around a few weeks ago, things changed a bit.

I hardly ever go to the Steam website anyway (it's probably been 3 or 4
months since I checked on it).  I did notice that the forum's were offline.
I imagine they will have LOTS of posts over the next couple of days!
(assuming they come back online)  :)
