1. If you want fancy graphics, special effects, etc you're going to
have to bump up CPU/Memory usage. Example: Try running Unreal Tourney or
Quake 3 on a 386SX with 4MB of RAM.

        2. CPU usage is likely to go up in the future not down, as will
memory requirements.

        3. At some point you will have to upgrade, it's part of being in the
computer world.

        Point is.. Did you really think that Valve/CS team could add all
this new stuff and NOT have some impact on CPU and memory usage?
