Yes It's me and a couple of others that take care of it. But I'm the one who actually codes stuff and I'm also the owner of the webserver ;)
I've promised someone, my memory isn't that good, to release the stuff to www.hlstats-community.net, but I have not got the time to look up all the changes I've done. I can send you the files as there are right now, but the code is ugly and there are some other extra stuff in it to...
