Yeah, that sounds, ok, but do my false positives count? How do valve know they are false positives unless I report them to them? How do I report them to them? Whats the official channel for dealing with these complaints? If I am not cheating, and I know it, I am going to keep trying to connect, resulting in a perminant ban for me. Sound fair to you? Didnt think so. > > This would mean the following > > If you are not extraordinary dim witted you would completely uninstall > Half-Life from your computer > after the second time and reinstall everything and you should also go over > your scripts and change > all aliases in them to some random words. > > This would mean that there isn't a chance in hell you'd get the third > strike out if you aren't cheating. Wrong. You would have to reformat your machine after everytime VAC thinks you are cheating to be 100% sure. Not all cheats install into the cstrike directory itself. Seems a lot of effort just to prove VALVe its a false positive issue not me. And yes, If i know I havent ever cheated, I am going to keep trying to reconnect, maybe even 3 times! _______________________________________________ To unsubscribe, edit your list preferences, or view the list archives, please visit: http://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/hlds_linux
