Hmm, this is only a thought, but do you have a swap file, and how large
is it in that case???

yes, the servers will only use about 50-60mb ram each when you start
them up, but that can crow very much after a couple of hours. Our
servers uses about 160-170mb each after a couple of days without
restarting the process...
