This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Well.....I run like 35 servers 12 slots now, all havig maxrate 20 000, and tweak cfg, with 25000,101,101 i never have some chock etc ...Just need good server too to get those settings running without problems.
Nowadays alot of pple running cs with 512/128 Bandwitch at least wich allow pretty high setting in rate/cmdrate/updaterate. Just be in the move, buy new servers, uncap maxrate and go for real good servers ... Cheers.
