Actually, it doesn't bug me too much the wait part. 1.6 really isn't so
different. I just like stuff to work for the most part on a final release.
Ive run hlds on distros of RH from 5.x to 8.x. As far as populated servers.
I have several servers which are full 24/7. As far as being a competent
admin. I won't even waste text other than to say you don't get the
community I have for the length of time I have had it, were I not competent
both as a server op and as owner of my community.
I think you missed my point. It wasn't that you or anyone else isn't qualified,
I even said that. I did say they that they probably had enough beta testers.
Well considering there are only 5 testers, yes. But not because of my
statement.
Negative comments like that always carry more weight. And when you're in line
with other people with similar qualifications that don't make those comments, it
matters.

Look, you took what I had to say waaay too seriously. Some of your questions
like "who decides" had obvious answers. My replies weren't bad though. Sorry
for my part in any nastiness you felt. Mostly, I think you have valid points.
Although you completely lost me on the brown noser comment.
