#1 There is no autoexec.bat by default in Linux hlds, but what is stopping you from creating one?

I think he was taking a shot at the file extention, not the the file itself. In hlds it's autoexec.cfg, not bat. Of course the bat version is a DOS OS startup script, but he probably mistyped. I still want to type .bat at the end of that cause I typed it so much when I first got into machines.. force of habit I guess.
