How do u keep an rcon secure if it's not encrypted?
By not using the rcon EVER. Instead install eg Adminmod or AMXmod and the rcon will not be sent over the internet.
This of cource assumes that when you say "he said he hacked our server" you are talikng about the CS-server-program, not the server-box itself. If it's the linux-box that has been hacked... take it off the net reinstall the entire OS from scratch.
