This is a multi-part message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] It seems as though ever since I upgraded my linux kernels (kernel and kernel-smp) from I believe 2.4.20-19 to 2.4.20-20 I've noticed servers sitting idle or with 1 or 2 people at 50% cpu on 1 of our hyperthreaded dual xeons (1 of 4 cpus in top). Right now I'm running about 2 12 man privates and a 6 man public and 1.0 load, while something similar to this before the update would have been .05-.2 load. Has anyone else experienced this, and what can I do about it?
