It's seems to be more stable with kernel 2.6.5. Now i have only a problem of timeout with hlsw but i have the correct cvars max_queries 1 ....
But on server there is no problems.

Because you run a retarded sys_ticrate option, it should never be higher than your kernel hz, which is 100 as default in 2.4 and 1000 in 2.6
To get decent stable performance, you either has to go for 2.6, or compile your own custom 2.4 with the adjustable hz-patch (found in con kolivas patchset for 2.4, now named lck)
