Richy,

I don't believe it is "difficult" to do on Linux/Fedora, just have to set
the kernel option and recompile. This does consume time though. In FreeBSD I
just set kern.hz="200" in /boot/loader.conf, and reboot :).

Also, Richy:

We were considering running Fedora 2, and 64bit, but turned away due to the
fact AM/AMX/MetaMod/HLGuard/Statsme are not compiled for 64bit. Are you
running no mods, did you compile them for 64bit yourself, or did you find a
64bit version that I could not? :)
