AMX is a mature platform. It's the original and widely used thus many
plugins exist. This isn't to say that AMXx is unstable, unpopular and
has a small plugin base, I just believe AMX is more so. AMXx .20 is yet
to be out and is a major change from the .16 version. So reliability
and stability are yet to be seen.
