thats a bug that was NEVER fixed from the beta. RCON seems to go down alot. I have to restart server to get it back up, and there is still nothing stopping it from going down again. In my experiance, you only have about a 50% chance rcon will start up with the server. OLD BUG. Never fixed.....
We still are running beta servers, just under the 'final' title.

Ok... here's a weird one. Got an admin of mine who says every once in a while, when he wants to go kick someone, he loses rcon privs. When this happens, the following error appears:
Connection failed (No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. )
After this point, ALL rcon commands seem to fail for everyone.
Anyone else seeing this?
FYI Valve and Alfred, WHEN are we going to see a new release of CS Source? These exploits are frigging killing us all here!
