It a new problem. Before somthing (I don't know why' it worked perfectly.... When I read information about this problem on ammx forum it seems that admin mod is the ultimate solution.....

The problem happens only if there is some users playing on the server.
Do "meta list" and "amx list" in tour server console and paste that back here.
