Ahh, css. just the bans should be in them. I'm not sure what is the
problem... like someone said run writeid and writeip after you do the ban..
and i would say make sure you do that before you restart the server. I don't
know enough about the css setup to help I don't think. I'll test on my
server in a bit.

I dont have a banned.cfg or a listip.cfg.  They are named
banned_user.cfg and banned_ip.cfg (this is CS:S im talking about)  And
what other data would they have in them besides the bans?
