That's not correct. The old query style provides a security issue, potential DOS iirc and you should not be enabling it. Only old tools not be able to query the server so its www.cstiger.de which is broken if it cant use the new protocol.
For the problem itself have you restarted the server and confirmed what masters its reporting to?
