There's no 100 percent anti cheat solution, you have to factor in x
percentage of users are cheating. In war, each side has acceptable
losses in percentage, as long as it's equal to or less than, it's
completely acceptable.

As long as users have read/write access to memory you won't be able
to fully stop it.
