I have never seen hldsl have a solid ticrate. at least not lately. maybe
in the 1.1-1.3 days it was more stable.. but that is several years ago and
I dont really remember. but back then we where using udpsofts pingbooster.

If the server is running great, the dont do anything. numbers does not
always show the truth, feeling is more accurate.
