This is indeed a bug that needs attention. It has been happening on regular basis. It has nothing to do with mani, cause i don't run mani on any of the servers.
I'm currently trying to run without the steambans plugin. I know the latest version of the plugin has some bugs (but as far as i know, this is only customcheck related). Is there someone who runs CS:S without the SB plugin, and still having problems? As far as i can tell, the bug is only happening with cs_office and de_aztec. Not with other maps.
