I think it may be a problem with steam delivering the file to our
servers. I have one install which i mirror to all of my customers (quite
a few). This has never worked for us even after several complete
re-installs of our master. We run consistency 0 but due to the ch34t0rZ
some leagues have started requesting consistency 1. The error clients
are getting is "server is enforcing consistency for file t_leet.mdl".

Any chance someone there can take a look at the package you guys are
rolling out and possibly re-submit that model / file to it to see if
that helps. We can then delete the file and re-update.
(We only use Linux so im not sure if it effects the windows ver.)
