My main piece of advice would be that the client sets their cl_cmdrate as high as possible; let the server decide which frames to drop. Since no one runs above 100 tick, cl_cmdrate 101 should do the trick. I doubt it really makes a difference whether it's 100 or 101. The clients updaterate and rate should be adjusted to suit their network connection. I don't think client-side bandwidth is as important for cl_cmdrate, as it would seem to me the cmd frames are much smaller than the update frames. --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!?
