-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] If you use Fedora Core X (just Red Hat's free version for all thoes cheapos out there) you may as well just run your servers on Windows server OS prefered.
Our findings with Fedora Core X vs Windows is Fedora Core X doesn't use as much resources as Windows. But only by a very small fraction <6-8%. If you want a really good Linux OS for a server no matter what configurations you aquire use *MANDRIVA*! Low over head with resources giving linux servers a 20-26% boost over other Linux distros. Not to mention we get a peek if 950 FPS to as low as 450. And yes, even those cheapo's can get the free version of this as well if their wallet is too thin for the $76 USD price tag it holds for the middle version of the three. We've been using Mandriva since 3/2005 when we made the switch from Windows and which we had done so sooner and we will never go back!
