cpu usage is now normal again. but the tickrate still jumps between
75-98 in and out.
also the gameplay is awfully slow...no laggs at all, its simply much
much slower than before.
walking with knife is as fast as walking with famas/galil/m249!!!
same behaviour with and without plugins (metamod 1.4.2, mani 1.2r)

running under debain etch kernel 2.6.18-cks1 1000hz low latency desktop
preemption model
amd dual-core opteron
2gb ram
