2.) Proper syntax for sv_downloadurl (put in server.cfg) is sv_downloadurl " http://mysite.com/tf" assuming the TF directory is your main download directory, keeping the same structure as the TF2 folder. (Eg. orange_x would be in ./webroot/tf/maps/cp_orange_x.bsp.bz2) Do not put the .bsp in the same folder as the BZ2, it is unnecessary!
