most definitely, I saw it last week and thought it was a fluke and just yesterday I checked again and there it was on the custom tab.
The thing that sucks is if you sort the list by different kinds of tags, mine is the only one with "alltalk" as the only tag that has been relegated to the forsaken tab. I understand why that tab needs to exist but I have configured my server as to keep it off that tab and now it's just sitting there with the only rule that valve said was cool to run. I am half tempted to run the tag disabler plugin.. but I would like to try and figure out why it doing this first. I am running metamod source with sourcemod 1.0 and a few select plugins.. none of which violate any of the game play conditions that would precipitate it being that on that tab.
