Hi.
Just tested one server with -pingboost 3 and +sys_ticrate 1000 on my 
1000hz kernel, No Preemt, Tickless.
And it was even worse then with -pingboost 2 and +sys_ticrate 1000.

got about 900fps fairly stable with the pingboost 3 option.

And 980fps stable with -pingboost 2 option.

Wierd.
