Also, I suggest you create a different mapcycle for VS maps and specify 
that in your server##.cfg, which will keep it rotating with the 2 VS 
maps only.

Use the mapcycle cvar in your server##.cfg

mapcycle "mapcycle_vs.txt"

and create a new file mapcycle_vs.txt with just these 2 entries:
l4d_vs_farm01_hilltop
l4d_vs_hospital01_apartment
