Well in the past Valve did fix that server redirecting by introducing 
cl_restrict_client_commands or whatever that cvar was. It also prevented 
other things (like doing unbind all to player from server which was a 
good thing). The server software is used wrongly by these servers and i 
would like to see them off, permanently. I hate as a player to connect 
into almost full server at mornings when there arent much players yet 
(at this area and i have time to play) and then boom, i get redirected 
into some empty server which was not the one where i originally 
connected. I guess some admins get turned on for fake clients and redirects.
