Not quite sure why everyone makes such a fuss about Ventrilo. Individual clans can run a full featured TeamSpeak server for free. There is a working TeamSpeak Linux client. TeamSpeak is actively under development with a responsive development team. And as far as I can see TeamSpeak does everything that Ventrilo does, at least as well, if not better.
