We run 2 x 32 TF2s on a x3220, each one maybe uses 20% cpu max that is with procex or taskman, dont rely on the stats output as it doesnt really reflect multicore usage properly, use htop or top on linux. On the whole TF2 seems to use a crapload more cpu than when it was in beta though.
