One more interesting thing is that even when you kill a fork with "quit"
or "_restart" it still shows up in the netcon master console:

$ telnet 0 9000
Trying 0.0.0.0...
Connected to 0.
Escape character is '^]'.
PASS xxxxx
status
#status
child 0
  pid : 0
  map : l4d_farm01_hilltop

child 1

  map : l4d_farm01_hilltop

child 2

child 3

child 4

  map : l4d_farm01_hilltop
  numplayers : 0
child 5

  map : l4d_vs_hospital01_apartment
  numplayers : 0
#end

Child 0 (fork #1) is the one I took down with _restart.
