We've seen odd behaviour with finales in VS mode at times. Almost as
soon as the event is started, a tank spawns, and the rescue vehicle
immediately arrives. Simply restarting the server seemed to clear this
up, so if you haven't restarted in a while, you might want to give
that a try.
