Mutations are variations of existing game modes. For example Realism Versus is
a mutation of Versus. As long as you have the base mode of the mutation in your
sv_gametypes convar you will be eligible for those mutations. sv_gametypes
defaults to all base modes. Astute server operators may have noticed that
teamversus and teamscavenge are no longer in the default sv_gametypes since
they are now built on the base versus and scavenge modes.
