I'm not sure if it's possible, but this would be a great fix for the teley
issue.
if valve could fix it so admins could easly add 1 of two types of blocks on
the fly.
Would need a way to get the locations to add the blocks.
the blocks would be the trigger_hurt and func_nobuild (i think thats the
names, it's been a while)

Then add a cvar that could only be used for with sv_cheats set to 1.
this cvar (example)
" SV_BUILDCOLOR 1/0"    // 1 to enable func_nobuild and trigger_hurt COLOR
(which will give the boxes a color glow for moving the location for the
boxes.)

Then store the info in a db file on the server. This would allow basicly all
maps (on all games) to be played and let the server owners restrict certain
areas. This would also help cut down on the bans/kicks admin do, due to
players doing exactly whats in that demo.
