All the Orange Box games got updated today.

The patch notes from the other 4 games are:

Updates to Portal, Half-Life 2, Half-Life 2: Episode One and Half-Life 
2: Episode Two have been released. The updates will be applied 
automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes 
include:

    * Fixed crash when local sound cache files were corrupt
    * Hide cursor when playing movies in game


To me, this implies that anything that uses Source Base Sounds would be 
updated.  Which would include the Linux servers for CSS, CSS:Beta, TF2, 
etc...
