For the record, 32-bit applications can access all cores. That's threading,
however, I don't think the dedicated server is threaded yet (client
definitely is).

64-bit applications can just access more memory and 64-bit specific
instructions (don't think either are particularly important unless you have
an application that uses MASSIVE amounts of RAM).
