Jon, I'm not sure if your email and/or the Valve email server is working properly. There were no patient responses. Every single person who responded to this either bitched about you being incompetent, bitched about hats, and/or was named John Marbury. Please look into this matter immediately as it may be the cause of other issues at your office.
